Return and Exchange Policy

Thank you for supporting ifundayiti.org. Because we operate as a nonprofit organization and your contributions directly support our mission, we maintain a strict return policy. Please review our guidelines regarding returns, refunds, and exchanges below.
1. No Refunds
All sales, donations, and purchases made on ifundayiti.org are final. We do not offer cash, credit card, or digital payment refunds under any circumstances.
2. Conditional Exchanges Only
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged due to an error or fault on our end. If you receive an item that is damaged because of a manufacturing or handling defect on our part, you are eligible for an exchange of the exact same item.
3. Exchange Requirements and Timeframe To be eligible for an exchange, you must meet the following criteria:
You must notify us within 7 days of receiving your item.
The item must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it.
You must provide proof of purchase or your order number.
You must provide a photo demonstrating the fault or damage.
4. How to Request an Exchange
If your item arrives damaged due to a fault on our end, please initiate the process by contacting us:

5. Shipping Costs for Exchanges
If the exchange is approved due to an item being faulty on our end, we will cover the shipping costs to send the replacement item to you.
